Our plan includes a ÂŁ1 million investment into the property, ensuring that this iconic space on Union Street receives the attention it deserves.

We are currently building out two units on the ground floor of 262 Union Street.
Unit 1 is being set up as a class 1A space (Shops, Financial, Professional, and Other Services) with approximately 923 Sq Ft.
Unit 2 is being set up as a class 3 space (Restaurants and Cafés) with 952 Sq Ft on the ground floor and 520 Sq Ft in the basement.
Of course, the use classes can be changed to suit.
Stay tuned for more news, information and updates as we continue the refurbishment of 262 Union Street. Following the rollout of the retail and restaurant spaces, residential flats will be made available to let, with a target “ready” date of late 2026/early 2027.
